Crystals Fall Out Easily

I received these as an engagement gift in 2019 and have used them exactly 3 times. Each time they have only been hand washed. Multiple crystals have fallen out at this point, which has turned a previously high end looking champagne flute into a cheap looking set. I am very disappointed.
