Lenox is proud of its Simply Fine Lenox® china dinnerware, and offers its registered owners a limited warranty that the edge surfaces (rim, foot or handle) will not chip during normal household use, e.g., serving, washing and stacking. Your warranty runs from the date you register your Simply Fine Lenox® china dinnerware for as long as you own the product. (See below for registration details.)
Your warranty does not cover chips on any surfaces other than edges, breakages (see our Lifetime Breakage Replacement Program for breakages), cracks, scratches, markings or other damage. Your warranty does not cover chips occurring as a result of use of the products for anything other than normal household use.
Lenox will replace any covered Simply Fine Lenox® china dinnerware with a replacement product or a comparable item (which may include items in different patterns and/or shapes, but with the same functionality) in stock. All shipping is included.
In order to take advantage of your warranty, you need to register your ownership of your Simply Fine Lenox® china dinnerware either online, at www.lenox.com, or by mailing to us the registration card supplied with the product. Once you’ve registered your product, should covered chips occur, simply contact us via email at lenox@lenox.com, or call us toll free at 1-800-63-LENOX (1-800-635-3669), 9am - 4:30pm ET Monday - Friday.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
