  • Lenox will pay return shipping costs for an item that arrives broken or damaged, or is defective in any way, or is not the item that was ordered. Simply call Customer Service at 1-800-223-4311, 8:30am - 5pm ET M-F and request a postage-paid return label.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs if the item is no longer needed or desired or if the wrong product was ordered.
