How do I search for products on Lenox.com?

If you're looking for a particular product or type of product, enter a word, phrase, or item number into the search box at the upper-right corner of the screen and click on the arrow button - the site will return all matching products. How do I know if a particular product is actually available?

Look below the image of any product. If an item is not in stock currently but will be in the future, an availability date will show indicating the date it is expected to be in stock; it's not necessarily the date when the item can be shipped. An "Out Of Stock" message indicates that the item isn't currently in inventory. You can check back periodically to see if it becomes available. On the product detail page, items that show an "In Stock" message are in stock and ready for shipment.

How do I order catalog products online?

All products you find in Lenox catalogs can be purchased online. The fastest and easiest way to order a catalog item online is:

Under Catalog Quick Order enter the 6-digit item number listed in the catalog (with or without the "H" that follows it)

Click "Go" - The item will automatically be added to your shopping basket.

Why do I have to pay tax?

  • Because Lenox sales representatives work in all 50 states as well as U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands), Lenox is legally obligated to collect sales tax. In many states, we are required to tax not only the price of the item but also the shipping, handling, and insurance charges, which are considered part of the total selling price. Please note that we also charge tax on complimentary pieces, such as displays. If you require additional information regarding your state sales tax laws, contact your state revenue.

Can I place a tax-exempt order?

  • Yes. To do so, you are required to complete and submit the necessary paperwork, which you can obtain from Lenox Customer Service. Our company policy is to grant tax-exempt status to legally tax-exempt organizations, on shipments to APO and FPO addresses, exempt North American and Canadian Indians, retailers, and wholesalers who provide us with proper documentation, including tax identification number and customer number.
