Beautiful Pattern-There are defects in the dishes

I bought several place settings of the dishes and also the serving dishes. The glazing is often rippled on the edges, making them bumpy. Also the glazing is missing so rough edges can be felt. Sometimes there were discolorations in the white dish that looked like impurities in the firing process. Customer service was helpful. Plan on requesting replacements for defective dishes.
