Come share all of the excitement and anticipation as designer and blogger, Maddie Kulig (@mmadalynne), celebrates her wedding with Lenox. This is the last of a series of blog posts profiling Maddie and her journey from registry to bridal shower to walking down the aisle for her wedding.
“Ryan and I wanted to get married, and we feel extremely happy and lucky that we were able to with our closest friends and family in an intimate, small gathering this past September,” said designer and blogger Maddie Kulig. Maddie got married at the height of the global pandemic, but she shared every detail that made her day special, besides standing next to the love of her life. Spoiler: The tables were set with Lenox!
For her reception, which was held at Ridgeland Mansion in Fairmount Park, the lovely couple chose Kate Spade’s Birch Way dinner plates and paired them with Trianna salad plates in blush. So that it wasn’t too feminine, they used Trianna’s cocktail and all-purpose glasses in smoke. Adding an elegant touch and tying everything together was Marchesa’s Imperial Caviar gold flatware. Altogether, it was the perfect outdoor table setting for a perfect fall day.
For the dessert table, Maddie took a different approach and used a mixture of tidbit, bread and dessert plates, including Celebrate Love by Darcy Miller, Goldenrod and Golden Waterfall. She and her fiancé, Ryan, took their first sips as Mr. and Mrs. with the Opal Innocence Flourish 2-Piece Toasting Flute Set.
Even though their wedding wasn’t the wedding they originally planned (who could have planned for a pandemic?), it was the perfect wedding and the perfect day. It was intimate and full of love. Their love was not cancelled or postponed.
