Can you hold an order for me?

  • Because we cannot guarantee that product inventory will be available at a later date, we do not hold orders. However, you are able to order products on our site with a future available date. How do I know you received my order?

  • You'll receive a sequence of messages from us:
  • An on-screen order confirmation immediately after you place your order
  • An order confirmation by email within one hour, confirming order quantity, item description(s), total cost of your purchase including shipping fees and applicable sales tax, as well as your customer number
  • A final shipping confirmation by email that will notify you that your order has been shipped

Can I return a product?

  • If you are ever less than completely satisfied with a product purchased online or via phone/fax or mail, you may return it for a replacement (if the item is still available) or a full refund.
  • Lenox will pay return shipping costs for a product that arrives broken or damaged, or is defective in any way, is a duplicate of a product already ordered and received, or is not the product that was ordered. Simply call Customer Service at 1-800-223-4311, 8:30am - 5pm ET Monday - Friday and request a postage-paid return label.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs if the product is no longer needed or desired or if the wrong product was ordered.

Where do I return a product?

  • If you purchased a product from a retail store, please contact the store where you made the purchase.
  • If you purchased a product online or via phone/fax or mail, you may return the item by U.S. mail to:

  • When returning the product, we suggest you obtain a receipt for your own records, in the event the product fails to reach us. Also, please be sure to include the return card that came with your original order indicating the reason for your return and whether you would like to receive a replacement or a refund. If you do not have the return information card, please write your customer number, full name, address, and replacement/refund preference on a piece of paper and include it with your shipment. How will I be credited for return of an item purchased via phone/fax or mail?

  • You will be refunded the full amount including shipping/handling charges, in the manner in which you paid. If you paid by check, you will receive a refund check. If you paid by credit card, your credit card account will be credited for the full amount.
