Breakage Replacement

Register a Product Online
As an owner of Lenox products, you'll want to take advantage of our Lifetime Breakage Replacement Program. With this program, you'll never have to worry about breakage, because:
  • We'll replace any broken piece that is in stock at Lenox, at 50% off the current suggested retail price, plus tax and shipping and handling.
  • This offer is good from the date you register your Lenox items for as long as you own the product.
As an owner of Lenox Simply Fine® products, you are additionally eligible to participate in our Simply Fine® China Dinnerware Limited Warranty. With this program, you'll never have to worry about edge surfaces (rim, foot or handle) chipping during normal household use, e.g.; serving washing and stacking, because:
  • We'll send you a Lenox Simply Fine® china dinnerware replacement product or a comparable item (which may include items in different patterns and/or shapes, but with the same functionality) in stock.
  • This offer is good from the date you register your Simply Fine® china dinnerware for as long as you own the product.
  • Please note, this warranty does not cover chips on any surfaces other than edges, breakages (see our Lifetime Breakage Replacement Program for breakages), cracks, scratches, markings or other damage. As well, this warranty does not cover chips occurring as a result of use of the products for anything other than normal household use.

Replace a Broken or Chipped Item
Once you've registered your products, should a Lenox breakage or Simply Fine™ dinnerware chip occur, simply contact us:

  • Call us toll free at 1-800-63-LENOX (1-800-635-3669), 9:00 am - 4:30 pm ET Monday - Friday.

If necessary, we will make arrangements for you to return the damaged pieces and will determine the replacement cost if the item is in stock (50% off the current suggested retail price, plus tax, shipping, and handling)
