Very poor customer service! Refused to replace defective knife with black spots.
I purchased this Nolita 24 piece silverware set in July 2020. I emailed customer service in regards to a defective knife and was told to send a photo, which I did. A Lenox customer service rep M.S. emailed me Aug.11,2020 to say "We're checking our own internal stock for a replacement knife for you. Once we have located one we, we will contact you back." I finally contacted them again Sept 11th,2020 and was told on Sept 14th 2020 from M.S. (Rep) " We do not have a replacement knife available " Very poor customer service! I order alot of merchandise and was told they cannot do anything! They should have mailed me a whole new set instead of doing nothing!
