Shipping & Handling Charges

Please use the chart below to estimate standard shipping and handling charges based on the pre-tax value of US orders. Rates apply to orders shipping to the contiguous US, Alaska and Hawaii. Note: shipping rates may vary based on current promotional offers.

Shipments

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has shipped. Orders may be split into multiple shipments and items ordered together may not ship on the same day.

Orders must ship to a single address located within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Washington, D.C. You will have to place multiple orders if you wish to ship to additional addresses.

For personalization, please allow 5 to 7 business days for customization, plus additional time for shipping. If you have any non-personalized items in your order, they will ship prior to your personalized items. Personalized items cannot be expedited.

International Shipping

Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to Canada.

Shipping Errors & Disputes

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address during the time of purchase. In the event a customer enters and confirms an order with the wrong shipping address and fails to notify Lenox before the order is packaged and shipped, the customer will be held responsible for any shipping costs related to returning the incorrectly shipped order and/or shipping costs related to shipping a new order (if required) to the correct address.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, we cannot offer overnight and/or express delivery for these destinations.

Backorders & Cancellations

You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.

PayPal orders are charged at the time of order submission. In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item please call us at 1-800-223-4311.
