Lenox Replacement Promise

The Lenox Replacement Promise ensures if you break your Lenox brand dinnerware or coordinating serveware pieces, we will replace it for FREE. The free replacement applies only to Lenox brand dinnerware and coordinating serveware pieces, provided the replacement is available, and only if breakage occurs during normal use or if an item is defective.

 

In case of breakage, please complete the warranty claim form below. Customer Service will review the information submitted and determine availability. A photo showing proof of breakage is necessary when requesting a replacement. 

You no longer have to register your dinnerware, just complete the form below when you have any breakage.
