Lenox Replacement Promise

As of June 2020, our former Breakage Replacement Program, which offered a 50% cost replacement for dinnerware, serveware, giftware, drinkware and flatware products, has been updated. Please see our new policy below.

The Lenox Replacement Promise ensures if you break your Lenox brand dinnerware or coordinating serveware pieces, we will replace it for FREE. The free replacement applies only to Lenox brand dinnerware and coordinating serveware pieces, provided the replacement is available, and only if breakage occurs during normal use or if an item is defective.

To be eligible, you must register your product below. A photo showing proof of breakage is necessary when requesting a replacement. This program applies only to the registered product owner.
