As part of its three-year strategic roadmap, the company plans to open a new West Coast fulfillment hub, further strengthen its 500,000-square-foot distribution center in Hagerstown, MD, and invest in expanded silversmithing operations under the Reed & Barton name. Additionally, Lenox expects to meaningfully grow the size of its American design team. Overall, Lenox expects to generate over 100 high-paying jobs in logistics, creative & design, and operations across 14 states — reinforcing its commitment to growing American manufacturing and innovation.
