General Information
Lenox Corporation backs certain Lenox Brand products with warranties of variable conditions and duration. If your item includes a warranty, refer to the warranty card included with your purchase for applicable terms and for instructions on how to submit a warranty claim. Warranties are void outside of the USA and Canada and specific legal rights may vary from state to state.
Lenox Warranties
Dinnerware & Serveware
THE LENOX REPLACEMENT PROMISE: If a dinnerware or serveware item is defective or if breakage occurs during normal use, Lenox will provide a free replacement, provided one is available. For an item to be eligible for free replacement, it must have previously been registered under the Lenox Replacement Promise and a photo showing proof of the breakage is required. The program applies only to dinnerware and coordinating serveware within a Lenox dinnerware collection and it will only be granted to the original owner of the registered product. Flatware
LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY: Applicable Lenox fine quality 18/10 stainless steel flatware is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. Any piece found to be defective under normal use and following provided care instructions will be repaired or replaced at no charge with the same item or an item of equal or better value. Minor imperfections such as scratches, stains, and discolorations are normal. Warranty excludes items damaged from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, overheating, neglect, accident, fire, or theft.
Cutlery
25-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: Lenox promises to repair or replace applicable cutlery items found defective in material or workmanship under normal household use and following provided care instructions for 25 years from the date of purchase. Minor imperfections and slight color variations are normal. Warranty excludes damage incurred from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, overheating, neglect, accident, fire, or theft and does not apply to scratches, stains, and discolorations. This warranty also excludes incidental or consequential damages.
Oneida Warranties
Flatware
LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY: Oneida fine quality flatware is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. Any piece found to be defective under normal use and proper care will be repaired or replaced at no charge with the same item or an item of equal or better value. Minor imperfections such as scratches, stains, and discolorations are normal. Warranty excludes items damaged from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, overheating, neglect, accident, fire, or theft.
Cutlery
25-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: Certain Oneida cutlery items are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 25 years following the date of purchase. Applicable items found to be defective under normal household use and following proper care instructions will be repaired or replaced at no charge with the same item or an item of equivalent value. Minor imperfections such as scratches, stains, and discolorations are normal. Warranty excludes items damaged from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, overheating, neglect, accident, fire, or theft. Warranty does not apply to incidental or consequential damages.

Tools, Gadgets & Bakeware
LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY: Anchor Hocking, LLC promises to replace certain Oneida products sold through Anchor Hocking, LLC that break during normal household use for the lifetime of the original owner. Warranty excludes items damaged from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, overheating, neglect, accident, fire, or theft. Warranty does not apply to incidental or consequential damages.
Cambridge Warranties
Drinkware & Barware
RETURN OR REFUND ONLY: Cambridge drinkware and barware items do not come with a warranty. If items are found to be broken or defective upon receipt, they will be replaced or refunded according to the customer’s preference. See Returns for more information.

25-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: Stainless steel flatware items are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 25 years following the date of purchase. Any piece found to be defective under normal household use and proper care will be replaced at no charge. If the pattern is no longer available, the item will be replaced with a similar item of equivalent value. Minor imperfections such as scratches, stains, and discolorations are normal and not indicative of defect. Warranty excludes items damaged from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, overheating, neglect, accident, fire, or theft. Warranty does not apply to incidental or consequential damages.
10-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: Color-coated stainless steel (PVD) flatware items are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 10 years following the date of purchase. Any piece found to be defective under normal household use and proper care will be replaced at no charge. If the pattern is no longer available, the item will be replaced with a similar item of equivalent value. Minor imperfections such as scratches, stains, and discolorations are normal. Warranty excludes items damaged from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, overheating, neglect, accident, fire, or theft. Warranty does not apply to incidental or consequential damages.
Hampton Forge Warranties

25-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: Hampton Forge, Hampton Signature, Skandia, Tomodachi, and Argent flatware items are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 25 years following the date of purchase. Any piece found to be defective under normal household use and proper care will be replaced at no charge. If the pattern is no longer available, the item will be replaced with a similar item of equivalent value. Glassware
Reed & Barton glassware is covered by the Lenox Corporation warranty against defective material and craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from normal wear and tear
- Damage from use other than the intended purpose
