The Personalized Name is Not Gold

The ornament is very cute, but the personalized name is not gold as shown in the photo. It is a gray ink. I wrote to customer service and they did replace the ornament after hearing my concerns and receiving photographs, but the replacement was just as gray as the first. Not happy with the personalization, but otherwise cute.

PERFECT

My daughter LOVED the little elephant with pink accents I purchased for her daughter Opal for Christmas. She was so excited to have a Baby's First Christmas ornament that was so cute and was personalized so perfectly.

As always, it arrived on time and in perfect condition. I'm sure that Opal will LOVE it when she gets a bit older!
