Chelse Muse 65-Piece Flatware Set

This is a lovely set. It has a good weight behind it, the pieces have a nice shine, the teaspoons small and soup spoons large. The hostess set is as pictured. No pieces had any rough spots or imperfections. I read the enclosed paperwork that recommends to rinse/soak food off the pieces before putting in the dishwasher, I do that and they come out spotless. With most all eating utensils I've owned, I have noticed that peanut butter and cream cheese will often leave behind spots. I tend to wipe these before they go in the dishwasher.

I like the heft of this service and enjoy its classic look. It appears to be holding up well.

This is my first set of good flatware. The spoons, forks and serving pieces are holding up well. The knives are a different story. Hand washed and dried, not using lemon, vinegar or anything acidic and the knives are spotted, scratched and the polish appears to be wearing off. Lenox customer service advised I use liquid Barkeepers Friend. We did and that appears to make the problem worse. I have emailed them to see if there is a way to restore them. I am waiting for a reply. I can't set my table for guests with these knives, it's very embarrassing. I will update my review pending a reply from Lenox. I cannot recommend this set at this time.

This set is nice and classic set that I bought it from Lenox official website, but now I feel It was better if I purchased it from somewhere else. One of the spoons has sharp particles on the edge and its basically impossible to use that spoon otherwise it can hurt person mouth our thong. I wrote customer service couple of time and they said its unavailable in their website and they don't know if I purchased from them. However, it shows available to purchase. Very odd reply and they even didn't reply my next e-mails to exchange only one spoon after spending 160 usd for a flatware set that other places sell it in much lower price. This is definitely my last time purchase from this website.
