Amazing Customer Service

My mother accidentally ordered this for my husband and I and our new address ended up in the card.

I emailed Lenox a few weeks later and explained the situation, that we had a blank ornament in our possession, etc., etc. and they ended up sending us our customized one right after!

Impressed and will return.
