Beautiful tea pot. Purchased the tray and milk and sugar also. All are as beautiful as I expected. The tea pot arrived broken. I contacted customer service and had a replacement within days. All I had to do was email a picture of the broken piece. It was immediately replaced at no charge. Terrific experience with customer service.
