Dishes are great, but am now in my third week of waiting for customer service to swap out mismatched pattern salad plate (of 3 flowers, received 2, 3, and 1 in salad plate, but 2,2,and 2 in mugs and dinner plates for a 6 piece setting). Rating for dishes would be a 5, but rating for customer service resolution is a 2. Also sent email immediately upon opening shipment and received no response ever…called after 3 days.
