The front of the frame was pure Lenox quality and style, but the construction of the frame was horrible. The frame itself would not stand up for me, because the tabs that close the backing and hold the picture in would not stay place and the flap would open. The glass itself had glue all over it, and the glue that was in the corners of the glass in place had come loose so the glass would slide out. Basically to use the frame we had to reconstruct the structure to make it operational. Over the years, I have purchased other frames from Lenox that have been constructed well, so this is not the norm. On another positive note Lenox is a standup company! When I called about it, they refunded my money and said they would report the issue with the Frame.
