Eternal 5-Piece Place Setting

I received my order for two 5-piece Place Settings of Eternal today (ordered 9-11-2023) and all pieces were receive in good condition (thanks to expert packaging) and are lovely representations of the original Eternal pattern. However, the dishes are slightly lighter than my original pieces marked as Dimension Collection and the gold has much less depth & luster than the original pieces which were made in the USA. The dishes received today are noted as made in China & as a rule I try NOT to purchase items made in China. I am, however, pleased with the purchase and I doubt that anyone (other than me) will notice the difference.

When do you expect to have Lenox Eternal place settings available for purchase?

the gold band fades out and or came off, I called Lenox I went though the process of warranty and they told me for me to buy them again on 50 percent discount, so much for lifetime warranty, I had them only less the 3 years. very disappointing. why in the right mind would I buy the same product.

I bought my Lenox eternal 50 years ago as my second set of China and have loved it ever since. It sets a beautiful table with my antique gold rimmed crystal and my gold flatware. I have 16 place settings and hope to pass it down to one or two of my granddaughters. Even though I can rarely entertain large diners anymore, I get great pleasure when I do break out the China, crystal, and gold flatware with the fine linens and everything looks elegant. The best part is that the grandchildren and nieces and nephews have reached an age where they notice! Joan
