Disappointed with these supposedly cute Mug Ornaments

I was disappointed with this cute Mug ornaments cause they were rough around the edges. Usually Lenox Ornaments are Beautiful and smooth and look expensive but not this one!

Design crackled and falling off

Went to hang up one of the mugs and the metal pin holding the string fell out. I figured that would be an easy fix but then noticed the green and white design was cracked and bits were falling off. Disappointed in the quality here.

Cute

Ornaments are small but the candy cane is a nice touch. The personalization would look better in white. The black doesn’t stand out enough. Also, would be nice if they came in 2 boxes: one to keep and one to give away.
