DO NOT MICROWAVE!
Although these plates say they are microwave safe, one recently cracked in a low wattage (700w) microwave. Another one cracked sitting on the table with hot food on it. There is obviously a flaw. Customer service says this is a common occurrence due to heat transfer although it has never happened to my other dishes. If cracking under heat is “common” problem, they should not be stamped microwave safe. I will not be buying any more of these.
