reinstate personalization

was going to give this each time my grandson changed bases. Got him one for his first base with the base name and year. He is changing bases now and I can't have it personalized anymore. UGGGH

Very Nice Ornament!

I have purchased 3 of these because they are truly beautiful - everything about it is perfect! The size, colors, Patriot statement, and the ability to personalize with the service member's

rank. Oh, but wait, that is no longer an option, but it does say "Thank you for your service"

Well, the other 3 I have are dedicated to a specific person, which to me is very personal. Lenox, can you please make that option available once more? Thank you for your anticipated outstanding customer service and God bless America.
