Vintage Candelabra

I ordered the Halloween Candelabra and it arrived with one arm broken off. Even more important is that this item is not “black”. Since it is glass, it appears to be charcoal gray because you can see through it. Does not even come close to matching the color in the picture. It was packaged well and there was no damage on the outside of the box. The break was where the arm attaches to the center. Lenox, I like the concept but please make it in a different material so it is sturdy and will not break in shipped.
